"I was hit by a young driver, so I had a lot of questions. I was connected to Terrie by an agent in Scott Holley’s office who said she was phenomenal. I must agree that Terrie is phenomenal. She advised me first of all to give the sheriffs department time to complete the report. I called them when she told me to, and everything had been completed. That was Friday afternoon after work. I thought everybody at State Farm would be off work for the weekend, and I’d have to call back on Monday to start the procedure. Not only was Terrie there Friday afternoon until 5 PM, she called several people to get my repair started. She found the name of the person I was supposed to connect with at USAA, She called him Friday, and got his voicemail. She told me to call back on Monday, which I did, and got his voicemail myself. I called back today, and spoke with him. Within an hour, I had my car lined up at the repair shop, and was called by the repair shop and the rental car company. Without Terrie’s help I’d have been a guy with the sheriffs department report looking up the number for USAA. But Terrie did all of my backup work for me. She called the sheriff’s department, USAA, and me whenever she needed something, and called me on Tuesday to check if I had had success calling the USAA guy. She really went to bat for me and I am immensely grateful to this hard working lady."
